Moritz Feed Doc

This year we are once again collaborating with the Moritz Feed Doc Fashion Documentary Festival in Barcelona to highlight garment care and the importance of professional fashion treatment in achieving the longevity of garments that form part of an essential cultural legacy.

As part of our participation, we will take part in the open dialogue “The Present as Legacy”, which will take place at Casa Capell on March 19 at 4:30 pm. The Present as Legacy is a living conversation that connects times and responsibilities. From true circularity to upcycling, and including textile innovation that transforms waste into new raw materials, this roundtable brings together voices that are redefining the system from within.

The session will be moderated by Sònia Flotats and will feature Clara Guasch, Director of Girbau LAB; Joanna Lambert, CEO and co-founder of Òpera Garment Solutions; Sara Díez, leader of The Post Fiber; and the creative duo Ot and Elna, founders of Atelier d’Ars.

Afterwards, a Styling Slam will take place in collaboration with students from IED Barcelona and Beyondwear: a creative fashion styling showcase using second-hand clothing, in which three student stylists will have to create a complete look within a limited time of 30 minutes.
