The intrapreneurship program of Girbau LAB iDrivers International 2019 has completed its first phase with the presentation of seven projects at the Headquarters of Girbau in Vic (Barcelona). Building on Girbau’s business challenges, ten employees of the company from different countries have formed seven teams to conceptualize innovative and disruptive solutions and business proposals.
Now it’s time to make a second evaluation to see which projects are following their development to integrate them into the company’s processes. We congratulate all the teams for the work done over the past three months. Since the first week of September, they have followed six innovation and entrepreneurship training modules, and received personalized mentoring with business experts.
Apart from the presentations of the projects, during the week from December 9 to 13 that have been at our headquarters, the participants of the iDrivers International program have carried out different activities. They have visited the Girbau factories and the Experience Center, as well as the Copper Museum of La Farga.
They have also been to Girbau LAB’s offices at Barcelona Tech City. Here they have been able to exchange knowledge and experiences with companies and startups such as ByHours, Apartool, Nemuru, the Payment Innovation Hub and mVenturesBCN of Mobile World Capital.
In parallel, the teams of the second edition of the iDrivers program with Girbau workers in Vic (Barcelona) continue their work in order to be able to present their intra-entrepreneurship projects soon.
